MOSCOW, 31 Dec — RIA Novosti. US police issued a warrant for the arrest of actress rose McGowan, previously publicly declared their harassment of producer Harvey Weinstein, accusing her of possession of drugs, according to the portal Deadline.

Traces of drugs were found in the Luggage of the actress, which she left in January at the airport in Washington upon arrival from Los Angeles. “Analysis of her personal belongings which she left after arrival, 20 January, gave a positive result for the presence of drugs”, — said the representative of the airport police Rob Yingling.

Yingling also said that the police tried to contact the actress, so that she could be brought before the district court of the U.S. state of Virginia and to respond to the allegations.

“They’re trying to silence me? In Virginia, a warrant was issued for my arrest. What nonsense,” responded McGowan on Twitter on the allegations.
