Two people were killed in the crash of the glider in Adygea
Moscow. 28 Oct. INTERFAX.RU the Trike fell in the Maikop district of Adygeya, two persons were lost, have informed Agency “Interfax” the press-service of the southern regional emergency center.
“The incident happened on Saturday around 18:00 Moscow time near the village Piontovsky Maikop district. The reasons for the fall are set,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
According to him, after the fall of the glider burned down, there were fire brigades of the MOE.
In turn, the head of the Adygeya branch of the Russian geographical society (RGS) Igor Ogay told the Agency that one of the victims, a scientist who collaborated with society.
“This is a physicist, PhD, member of the Board of WGI. He flew professionally, one of the best in Russia. What happened is not known yet. Most likely, some kind of failure. Now I’m on the scene, ” said Ogai.
In the administration of Maikop district of Adygea, the Agency confirmed information about the two victims. According to preliminary information, the glider burst into flames before falling to the ground.
