Poroshenko said that Ukraine is a unique country
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met with investors management company, Horizon Capital, Western NIS Enterprise Fund. The head of state noted that Ukraine is a unique country, and now the “right time, right place for investment,” according to the website of the President.
Poroshenko spoke about the reforms held in the country, and plans for the future. In particular, over the past three years managed to stabilize the macro-financial situation and to restore economic growth, clean up the banking system to create anti-corruption institutions, reform the energy sector.
In autumn, the Parliament voted to educational, judicial, pension and medical reform. The President hopes that by the end of the year Parliament will support the initiative for privatization, which will take place transparently and with a high level of confidence.
“We are implementing reforms, which make Ukraine stronger, better and safer,” — said Poroshenko.
