State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov (“United Russia”) offered to promptly block the sites with advertising sexual services, in order to prevent the propaganda of such lifestyle. His words leads RIA Novosti on Thursday, October 26.
“I must admit that we lost the war with the mafia, which deals with the protection and support of the public houses (…). We should remove the way of communication of the mafia with the clientele,” said Milonov. The MP added that the advertisement of sexual services “is the same evil” as propaganda of terrorism, manufacturing explosives and narcotics, and can also quickly lock.
Milonov said that the promotion of sexual services may lead to serious negative consequences. “The technical capabilities and the willingness of companies to admit extrajudicial lock on any resource that advertises certain erotic services,” he concluded.
20 Oct Milonov criticized the cover of the November issue of Playboy magazine in the United States, which depicts transgender, and demanded to ban the sale of publications on the territory of Russia.
In February at the plenary meeting, the United Russia has proposed to the government in the country to ban the media of erotic content. In his opinion, this will reduce the number of divorces and conflicts in Russian families.
