MOSCOW, 25 Jul — RIA Novosti. Visitors to the Kruger national Park in South Africa filmed the “battle” between the crocodile and herd of hippos. The video was published on YouTube channel Kruger Sightings.
The author of the video, 71-year-old Harish Kumar, said that everything happened spontaneously and he didn’t have time to set up the tripod for shooting. However, he was lucky to be in a convenient location and shoot great footage.
“It was just incredible. The crocodile somehow appeared in the center of a group of angry hippos. They wanted to immediately get out. They surrounded him, pushed in different directions and bit. Fortunately, the crocodile managed to escape,” — said Kumar.
