“The court considered proven that Kasatkin committed fraud in especially large size, namely, as a contractor in the repair of buildings of the RF IC stole 36 million, putting the products (air conditioners) of lower quality than was provided by the technical documentation,” — said the press service.
The press service also noted that the businessman himself admitted his guilt and “actively repented”.
