Putin questioned the arithmetic abilities of John Kerry

John Kerry

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin believes that the former U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry is “a good guy”, but he has problems with arithmetic. This he said at the final plenary session of the annual meeting of the international discussion club “Valdai”, reports on Thursday, October 19, RIA Novosti.

With such statement the Russian leader spoke after former Afghan President Hamid Karzai that John Kerry “should not come and to count or determine the number of votes in the region.”

“John’s a good guy, but apparently arithmetic it is not” — said Putin.

John Kerry held the post of Secretary of state since February 1, 2013 and left it on 20 January 2017 after the Obama administration transferred authority to the team of Donald trump. The successor Kerry was Rex Tillerson.
