950 million rubles has been saved by the residents of the Moscow region on the social discount in the first nine months of the current year. About it “lente.ru” have told in the regional Ministry of consumer market and services Friday, October 20.
“The stores are participating in the project “Social discount suburbs”, embossed 66 million checks from social promotion”, — said the Minister of consumer market and services Vladimir Posazhennikov.
The programme involves the provision of discounts from five percent to 3 14 363 stores popular retail chains. The Minister noted that this year, many stores offer a ten percent discount.
“Retail stores are invited to join our program, “Social discount suburbs” giving a discount of five percent holders of the social card of the inhabitant of Moscow region, you have real support to large families, the disabled, veterans, pensioners and other preferential categories of citizens”, — said Posazhennikov.
On 7 September it was reported that about 200 residents of the Moscow region related to the category of beneficiaries were able to buy housing on the allocated budget subsidy since the beginning of the year.
