Against the head of the institution initiated a criminal case about excess of powers of office with application of violence. Also the Director of the orphanage is accused of misappropriation and embezzlement of more than 480 thousand rubles.
According to the Investigative Committee for the Altai Krai, in January and February of this year, the woman was punished the students, forcing some children to bully others. In particular, investigators have identified at least one similar case, when in the presence of the Director, four teenagers beat “guilty”.
