Passed away the oldest French actress Danielle Daria, who had to celebrate this year its centenary.
The date of her birth is the proletarian symbols: 1 may 1917, but her life is not recouped. In his youth, the actress starred in the lyrical comedies of her first husband Director Henri Decoene, also played in the films of Russian immigrants “Volga in flames”, “Taras Bulba”. The most famous of them — Mayerling Anatole Litvak historical drama, in which Daria embodied the image of Mary Evenings, and Charles Boyer played the Austrian crown Prince Rudolf.
This spectacular role Daria opened the road to Hollywood, she even starred with Douglas Fairbanks, but, like other French actress, was not stuck.
