Kiriyenko and Papadimitriou praised the readiness of Sochi Olympic Park for the Festival of youth
MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. First Deputy head of the presidential administration, head of the Russian organising Committee for the XIX world festival of youth and students (WFMS) 2017, Sergei Kiriyenko, and President of the world Federation of democratic youth Nicholas Papadimitriou was pleased with the readiness of the Sochi Olympic Park for the opening of the forum on 15 October.
This was announced on Friday, TASS reported the press service WFMS.
“Sergey Kiriyenko and Nicholas Papadimitriou was pleased with the readiness to receive the participants and the beginning of the program, design and variety of areas for discussion, learning, socializing and relaxing,” reads the release.
In particular, the organizers examined the audience for the plenary discussions and educational events, interactive zone partners, the international press center with briefinghome rooms and work areas, exposure Youth Expo, photo and video Studio and other facilities.
World festival of youth and students held in Russia from 14 to 22 October 2017. On our first day in Moscow will host the international carnival parade of the student body, and the main events will be held in the Sochi Olympic Park from 15 to 22 October. Participants of the forum will be more than 20 thousand young people — representatives of public organizations, teachers, politicians. Applications for participation in the festival came from more than 180 countries.
