MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Videoconferencing Russia since the beginning of October killed in Syria 31 the leader of the terrorists. This was announced on Friday at a briefing head of the main operations Directorate of the General staff Colonel-General Sergey rudskoy.
“Special attention was paid to destruction of leaders of bands. Since the beginning of October destroyed 31 of them,” the General said.
According to him, in particular, on 3 October, was critically wounded leader “dzhebhat an-Nusra” (banned in Russia as a terrorist organization), Abu Muhammad al-Julani, eliminated the security chief of this organization, Ahmad al-Giza, its field commanders Husam Mahsum, Chalets Ahmad Ali al-zawawi and others.
“Syrian troops and aircraft of Russian air force is taking all measures to prevent breakthrough of armed groups from the area of de-escalation,” added the Armenian President.
He also said that the Russian VKS for the week just in the area of Deir ez-Zor has performed 383 sorties, destroying 993 goal of the terrorists “Islamic state” (IG, an organization banned in Russia).
