President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on last day of birth and gave him the puppy Alabai.
“We have a common one — it is the only dog Alabai. And today I brought this little Alabai”, — said the leader of Turkmenistan, adding that the dog was given the nickname True.
