The Supreme court confirmed the terms Nemtsov killers, but reversed the penalties

MOSCOW, 10 Oct — RIA Novosti. Russia’s Supreme court Tuesday slightly reduced the sentence for the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov, abolishing the penalties, but confirming sentences, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.

“To change the verdict to cancel the additional penalty of a fine, the rest of the sentence remain unchanged” — announced the decision one of the judges of the Collegium.

The court of first instance on July 13 appointed five members of the assassination policy 11 to 20 years of imprisonment. The killer Zaur Dadaev, the court ordered 20 years of the colony, Anzor Gubareva — 19 years old, his brother Shadid is 16, to the Boy Eskerhanova 14 years, Khamzat Bachevo — 11 years old.

Also, each defendant was fined 100 thousand rubles. According to the verdict, sentence all they have in the colonies of strict regime.
