The consequence considers that the crime boss Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro Young), one of the defendants in the criminal case about extortion from the owner of the restaurant in the center of Moscow, became the leader of criminal community of Russia after the death of his Grandfather Hassan.
On Tuesday, October 10, the correspondent “reports Tapes.ru” Nikulinskiy court of Moscow where on Tuesday began consideration of the criminal case on the merits.
“The defendants in the criminal case are accused of extortion in the organized group. After the death of the so-called thief in law Aslan Usoyan took his place Kalash. In the group there was a deduction of so-called thieves ‘ obshchak. On the basis of clear distribution of roles and subordination in an organized criminal group Kalash distributed among the participants of the organised groups illegally obtained property and funds”, — stated in the indictment.
As expected, in the near future, the Kalash, the other defendants and their lawyers will speak on the merits of the charges. In the case of extortion are 14 citizens of Russia aged 29 to 64 years. They are accused of committing crimes under part 3 of article 163 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“the Extortion made with application of violence by an organized group in order to obtain property in especially large size”).
