Air and space forces (VKS) Russia destroyed the economic infrastructure of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG banned in Russia) in Syria, repressed the attempts of terrorists resumption of production and sales of hydrocarbons. On Tuesday, October 10, said the official representative of Russian defense Ministry major General Igor Konashenkov, RIA Novosti reported.
“Sources of funding for procurement of arms and ammunition, as well as the recruitment of mercenaries in Syria is not” — he added.
Konashenkov noted that in the Western part of Iraq continues to grow ISIS controlled territory, so as to reinforcements of fighters.
On 7 October it became known that the Russian HQs are destroyed the command center of Isil in Syria. According to the official representative of the Russian defense Ministry, had been killed up to 80 fighters, among them the influential field commanders of the IG. They also destroyed 18 enemy with heavy weapons and three of the ammunition depot.
