Poroshenko signed a law extending the special status of Donbass
KYIV, Oct 7 — RIA Novosti. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a law extending the special status of Donbass, said on Saturday the press service of the head of state.
On the eve of the Verkhovna Rada has prolonged for a year the law on the special status of Donbass.
In it, in particular, specifies that the special status for the region will come into force after the fulfillment of certain conditions, including the withdrawal of “illegal armed groups” from these territories.
