MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. The project of the Ukrainian draft law on the reintegration of Donbass contradict the Minsk agreements, and the name in it of the Russian Federation as the aggressor is unacceptable, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
