MOSCOW, October 5. /TASS/. Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov compared the new Governor of the Oryol region Andrei Klychkov, head of the appointment of the Communist faction in the Moscow city Duma, Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin.
“Strengthening our senior staff – more modern, competent and promising – is always justified. At the time the Leninist-Stalinist organizations were nominated talented leaders, Kosygin was Prime Minister (Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR – approx. TASS), it’s 40 years old were not, around the age of Andrei Klychkov, he was appointed,” – said Zyuganov.
