The presidents of Russia and Venezuela Vladimir Putin and Nicolas Maduro will discuss the negotiations on the whole complex of relations, including military-technical cooperation, said the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.
“The whole complex of bilateral relations, which includes the issue of VTS, a full-fledged Russian-Venezuelan talks”, — said Peskov told reporters, answering the question, will discuss military-technical cooperation for the upcoming negotiations.
