In the village Pavlodarivka the Gorky district of Omsk region three minors opened the basement of the kindergarten and stole a computer. This is stated on the website of the regional Department of the Ministry of interior on Tuesday, October 3.
“The system unit and the monitor was discovered by the police in a bath of one of the Teens. Stolen property seized and returned to its rightful owner”, — noted in the text.
The crime was committed at night. The Director of the institution sent a statement to the police on 2 October. Arrived on the scene, the forensic expert found traces of the hands, indicating for involvement in juvenile crime.
It was later determined that three students of the neighboring schools — two 13-year-old and 16-year-old boy is hacked with a claw hammer the basement door of the kindergarten. From there, the Teens brought the system unit, monitor, keyboard and a microphone, which the eldest of them was going to sell.
The total damage amounted to 14 thousand rubles.
16-year-old defendant will be criminally liable for burglary (item b of part 2 of article 158 of the criminal code). The rest put on record to the police. With parents of young people held a preventive conversation.
