In Nizhny Novgorod, arrested Leonid Volkov, head of the election headquarters of opposition leader Alexei Navalny. He said this on Twitter.
According to Volkov, the morning of September 29 he came to the police Department for filing a statement of obstructing the rally. Several hours later, the statement was made, but the opposition leader was detained. On him an administrative report for violating the order of organizing the rally.
