Three patients escaped from psychoneurological boarding school in St. Petersburg

The police of St. Petersburg has started the investigation of three patients of a psychoneurological boarding school (STUMPS) who’ve gone AWOL from the institution in Petrodvorets district of the city. On Friday, September 29, reported RIA Novosti the representative of the orphanage.

According to him, one escaped deprived of legal capacity by a court decision, “but he can serve himself”, the other two capable. All three — “absolutely peaceful”, without problems with the law and a criminal record.

“The people here live with some mental disorders, musculoskeletal system,” — said the Agency interlocutor.He added that the psycho-neurological boarding school №3 — open institution, and patients for unauthorized excommunication is not threatened.

Informed about the escape of three patients with PNI reported “Fontanka”. According to the newspaper, the fugitives left the “hospital for patients with criminal records” night on September 28.

In early September of Kurnosenko psychiatric hospital in the Leningrad region escaped two men. Both were sent for compulsory treatment and released from liability for criminal offenses.
