Venezuela accused the U.S. of “political terrorism”

Donald Trump

Caracas accused the US President Donald trump pursuing a policy of “political terrorism” because of the introduction of the ban on visits to the United States Venezuelans. About it reports Reuters.

“It is worth noting that such restrictions are inconsistent with international law and constitute a form of psychological and political terrorism”, — said in a statement the foreign Ministry of Venezuela.

The document also stated that Caracas would consider all necessary measures to protect national interests and sovereignty.

Earlier on September 25, trump announced the expansion of national security measures, banning the entry of citizens of several States. The restrictions will affect residents of Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Somalia and Yemen.

In this regard, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif said a new ban trump on the entry of Iranians in the US is an insult. “Compassion trump to the Iranians looks more fake with his new and much more offensive ban on entry,” said Zarif.

On June 26, the U.S. Supreme court has partly allowed the President to enact a decree banning the entry into the country to citizens of the six predominantly Muslim countries (Iran, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Somalia, and Sudan) and all, without exception for refugees. The document came into force on 30 June.
