The official representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Irina Wolf reported that one of the cannibals who were detained in Krasnodar, showed resistance to police officers. Words Wolf quotes the press service of the interior Ministry.
“The Krasnodar police as a result of the special technical measures established the identity of the owner of the phone. In the course of operational activities, he was arrested on suspicion of committing a crime under article 105 of the Criminal code. At the time of arrest the suspect had actively resisted the police,” — said in the message.
