Employees of the interior Ministry of Russia to Borisoglebsk (Voronezh region) opened a criminal case against 47-year-old resident of the village of Bohan son to where you stole the car and got in an accident. The woman is charged with dereliction of parental responsibilities (article 156 of the criminal code), to it can threaten till three years of imprisonment.
The incident occurred in Borisoglebsk on September 11. The police received a report that a young child was driving the car, got in an accident, crashing into two parked cars. At the scene arrived investigative team, discovered the frightened boy. The child could not give your name or explain how he ended up in the vehicle without relatives. The boy was taken to hospital and, although the accident he was not injured, he was left there in search of relatives.
It later transpired that the car belonged to a stranger male, who left it open with the keys in the ignition. On 13 September, the police asked a local resident, who identified himself as the godmother of five of the culprit. She said that the boy’s features of development, he can’t speak and is in need of medication and constant care. The woman added that her mother godson lives in Bohan.
On the same day 47-year-old mother was detained and interrogated. She said that the child grows up without a father and to raise him to help her elderly parents. The day of the accident, according to the woman, she carried the son in Borisoglebsk on admission to the correctional centre. However, before the visit, she decided to relax on the Playground, having bought alcohol.
“The boy was playing on the Playground, and the woman began to drink alcohol and did not notice how and where the child was gone. Searching a little son, suspected upset, but to contact the police did not, and went in the company of their friends, leading an immoral life, where he remained for two days”, — noted in press service.
They added that the family has not stood, but the neighbors are single mothers claim that she abuses alcohol.
