Russian President Vladimir Putin first arrived in the Moscow office of the Russian IT company “Yandex”, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary. It is reported by TASS on Thursday, September 21.
According to the Agency, Putin will show a working prototype of an unmanned vehicle that is controlled by the software created in the company. In addition, the President will demonstrate that the updated algorithm of system “Yandex.Search”, will talk about developments in the field of artificial intelligence, and also on projects in telemedicine, education, business, and transportation.
On 9 July, Putin attended the opening ceremony of the international industrial exhibition “Innoprom” in Yekaterinburg, where he said that the widespread introduction of advanced technologies it considers a powerful resource for the development of the country.
The 20th anniversary of “Yandex” will be celebrated on 23 September.
