German policy on the eve of elections received envelopes with white powder

Several German politicians have received by mail envelopes with an unknown white powder. On Thursday, September 21, informs TV channel n-tv.

As noted, among them was the Prime Minister of Bavaria and head of the Christian social Union, Horst Seehofer, the leader of the parliamentary faction of “Green” Katrin Goering-Eckardt, member of the Bundestag from the same party, Hans-Christian Strebel, and some other policies. In addition, a similar letter was also the husband of German Chancellor Angela Merkel Joachim Sauer.

After investigation police said that the powder is not dangerous. In the photo, published by Hans-Christian Strebel on Twitter can be seen that attached is a letter in Arabic and blade. The inscription on the piece of paper translated as “dangerous, do not touch, anthrax, and God is great.” However, experts believe that the Arabic language for the author of this inscription is not native.

One of the recipients of the message Gregor Gysi said that it is more interested in where the senders of the parcels appeared the personal data of politicians.

Elections to the Bundestag will be held in Germany on September 24.
