MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. From areas on the Eastern Bank of the Euphrates, where the militant opposition to Damascus of Syria democratic Forces (SDS) and the special forces of the U.S. armed forces, Syrian forces twice opened fire from mortars and rocket artillery.
