The Minister of defence of Poland Anthony Macierewicz believes that the Soviet Union for its actions during world war II responsible for the Holocaust. His words leads RMF24.

“If not for the strike by the Soviet Union (referring to the Polish campaign the red army, which began on 17 September 1939 — approx. “Of the tape.ru”), the fate of the Second world war would have been different, the Holocaust would not have happened,” said Macierewicz.

He also pointed out that the world still has no awareness that “the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact led to the Commission of a crime, which is now the symbol of the Second world war.”

He also said that the Polish army led a successful defensive actions against the Wehrmacht, and the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact allowed “to destroy Europe.”

Macierewicz added that the aggression of the German Nazis were sentenced at Nuremberg, however, this solution is not complete because it does not include the “Soviet genocide”. The time has come to ensure that those who provoked the Second world war, those who brought incredible suffering to all mankind, those whose hands are to this day in the blood of millions of Polish citizens and the suffering of the world, would answer for their actions,” he said.

In August the Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Witold Waszczykowski said that the Soviet Union and the Third Reich was responsible for starting world war II. “Moscow and Berlin are responsible for the outbreak of the Second world war,” — said Waszczykowski. He added that the Union “fought the war with the Third Reich in their own interests as a victim of German aggression”.
