Activists and artists from the art group “Rodina” staged a rally on the cruiser “Aurora” in St. Petersburg. They dressed up in costumes of clowns and unfurled banners, said on Sunday, September 17, RTVi.
The participants came up with humorous slogans: “Not served — not a clown”, “We need enemies”, “IT’s war” (a reference to the horror film based on the novel by Stephen king — approx. “Of the tape.ru”), “Clown state”, “Clowns on guard traditional values” and others.
According to the demonstrators, the campaign aims to make fun of any military propaganda.
As the newspaper notes, the protection of the cruiser chased the demonstrators from the ship. No one was detained, although required to delete the photos.
