“The fight against crime and terrorism should be a key element of the new agreement in the field of security between Britain and the EU after Brexit. The agreement intends to lay the legislative foundations for continued cooperation in the field of security, criminal justice and law enforcement after the UK leaves the EU. According to him, amid growing cross-border threats Britain wants to intensify cooperation in this field and to agree on a new scheme coordination.
“Britain will offer to create mechanisms for maintaining the operational interaction between London, the EU and the member States of the European Union. The agreement must be based on principles, shared by all parties, including high standards of data protection and the protection of human rights. The new agreement is to ensure cooperation that would be so dynamic, to ensure the confrontation of ever-changing threats.
