VLADIVOSTOK, September 16. /TASS/. A group of officers of the naval forces of China led by Deputy commander of the Navy Vice-Admiral Chan Jong arrived in Vladivostok, together with the officers of the Pacific fleet (PF) to prepare the second stage of the international Russian-Chinese naval exercises “Sea interaction – 2017”.
