He was commenting on media reports that the Russian government intends to abandon the humanitarian support of Donbass in favor of the Crimea and Kaliningrad, and explained that we are talking about a simple reallocation of funds that does not involve the reduction of some costs in favor of others.
“There is some redistribution, but this does not mean that there will be a reduction in some directions in favor of some sort” — he said to journalists, commenting on relevant posts. “It’s just about the ordering,” added Sands.
