Ovsyannikov won the first ever direct election for Governor of Sevastopol

Acting Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov (“United Russia”) gained 71,05 percent of votes on elections of the mayor. On Monday, September 11, reports TASS with reference to the materials of the gas “Vybory”.

According to all 184 precinct election commissions, Ovsyannikova voted 77406. This is followed by the candidate of the Communist party Roman Kiyashko, who scored more than 16 percent of the vote. In third place — Ilya Zhuravlev from the liberal democratic party (7.61 percent). Followed by Ivan Ermakov (“Patriots of Russia”) and Nicholas Kryazhev (Communist party of social justice).

Voter turnout, according to the Agency, the Chairman of the city election Commission Alexander Petukhov, 34.21 per cent. According to him, information about violations were reported.
