Against the leaders of the CSS of the IC of Russia opened another case of bribery
MOSCOW, 12 Sep — RIA Novosti. A consequence of the FSB opened a criminal case about a bribe in 500 thousand dollars in respect of the head of Department of own safety of investigatory Committee of Russia Mikhail Maksimenko and his Deputy Alexander Limonova, the correspondent of RIA Novosti from Moscow city hall, where he considers the complaint for their arrest.
Instituting a new business about a bribe from the businessman Oleg Shahmatova became aware of the catechumens in the court case.
“The sum of a bribe of 500 thousand dollars”, — said the lawyer declared in court.
Counsel argues that Maksimenko nothing to do with this bribe does not and the case is not involved.
“The first case was opened on charges of receiving a bribe of 500 thousand euros, and now this new case, but here the accusation of receiving 500 thousand dollars”, — said the lawyer Andrei Grivtsov.
