MOSCOW, September 11. /TASS/. The new parliamentary season opens on Monday. In the state Duma will start the autumn session, the first plenary meeting will be held on September 13.
The draft budget for 2018
Traditionally, the consideration of the draft Federal budget is a major item on the autumn agenda. This year the adoption of the main financial law for 2018 and subsequent three-year planning period remains among the priorities of all Duma factions. The draft budget is developed by the government of the Russian Federation and must be submitted to the lower house of Parliament not later than 1 October.
As stated in an interview with TASS first Deputy speaker of the state Duma Alexander Zhukov (United Russia), in Russia it is necessary to ensure the transition from stagnation to economic growth. Because of this, according to him, the draft budget of Russia “is based on positive forecast suggests economic growth: the growth of industry, investments and real incomes of the population”.
