Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin has signed the order about dismissal of the head of Department housing-municipal economy of the capital Paul Livinsky. The document published on the official website of the municipality.
The reason for the release is the transition to another job. Earlier, the Russian government recommended that Livinsky as Director General of the energy companies “rosseti”. Energy linked to the whole career of Pavel Livinsky — in particular, he held senior positions in the “Moscow United electric grid company” and “United energy company”. Since January 2013, served as Director of the Department of fuel and energy of Moscow, which in March of this year was merged with the Department of housing and public works. Livinsky has headed the joint Agency.
Sergei Sobyanin has signed the order about appointment to the vacant position of head of the Department of housing and CEO of the company “Mosgaz” Hasan Gasangadzhiev. His contract is for a term of office of mayor. The gasangadzhiyev worked as the General Director of “Mosgaz” since may 2009, prior to that, he held various positions in the Department of fuel and energy of Moscow.
