The son of the former head of the IAAF commented on the allegations of corruption

Dad Massat Diack, the son of the former head of the International Association of athletics federations (IAAF) Lamin dick, said the French Prosecutor’s office put forward allegations of corruption. His words leads Reuters.

“These allegations — the biggest lie in the history of world sport. Sometimes I accompanied my father to help him in his personal Affairs, but to say that I bought votes… my job was to help the IAAF to choose the country for sporting events,” said Diack Jr.

On 5 September, prosecutors in France have discovered a corruption scheme between the IAAF and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Papa Diack Massat caught in illegal payments made to members of the IAAF and the IOC in the framework of the election of the hosts of major sporting tournaments.
