Mister DoD, as well as the second defendant in the case of large-scale embezzlement of funds “RusHydro” — the chief accountant of the company Dmitry Finkel contained under house arrest, his guilt does not recognize.
According to sources, “Kommersant”, the decision to return the criminal case of Evgeny DoD and Dmitry Finkel investigators TFR received by the Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor grin. The formal reason for the return of the case to the investigative Committee for further investigation, according to interlocutors of “Kommersant” were the contradictions in the data financial and economic expertise.

It was about the statement by Mr. Dodd when he was the head of “RusHydro” order “On special bonuses of members of the management Board of JSC in 2013”, according to which he has charged himself with the help of the accountant Finkel specproj on the results of work for 2013 in the amount of 353,21 million rubles, inflating, according to the investigators, the amount of remuneration of not less than 73,2 mln.
