Putin instructed to consider the issue of introduction of utilization fee on shoes

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to consider the introduction of Russian utilization fee on shoes. This is stated in the list of instructions following a meeting on the development of light industry, published on the Kremlin website.

“To consider the expediency of introduction of utilization fee in respect of shoes,” the document says. Date of execution of the orders of the head of state has until November 20. Responsible for execution of assigned Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
