“We have guests from 12 countries, the majority is coming to Moscow, the neighbors, the countries of Western Europe, but there are also representatives of the United States, there are representatives of South Korea,” — said Borisov.
According to him, came the international experts are not accredited election observers in the framework of his visit, they will simply get acquainted with the Russian electoral system.
In particular, the CEO of the world Association of election commissions with the Seong BAE Kang said that he had visited three polling stations and personally tried voting system, “applied it in test mode”.
“I can say that it is easy to use, and all those responsible know their responsibilities and functionality”, — emphasized with the Seong BAE Kang. The expert also noted that he had seen the use of Cohiba. “I believe that these technical innovations to inspire confidence in the elections,” he said.
Earlier in September, the coordinator for cooperation with partners of the Association “national public monitoring” Roman Kolomoitsev said that in a single day of voting, the organization will send observers to the 15 thousand polling stations. In addition, he noted that the elections in Russia will come 27 electoral experts from abroad.
A single day of voting this year will take place on September 10. Sunday across the country will host more than 5.8 thousand elections and referendums at different levels, in particular, in the 16 regions will elect governors.
