Moscow. September 9. INTERFAX.RU — IN Russia on the eve of the Single voting day has come “day of silence”, when, according to Russian electoral law, election campaigning in any form is prohibited.
Within a Single day of voting on Sunday will be about 6 thousand of elections of different levels, including 16 six gubernatorial elections and elections in regional parliaments.
Also there will be additional elections of deputies of the state Duma of the Bryansk one-mandatory constituency No. 77 and Kingisepp single-mandate electoral district No. 112 (the Leningrad region).
According to the CEC, the elections will cover about 46 million voters, which is about half of all registered voters.
