TASS, 8 Sep. Russian aircraft near the city of Deir ez-Zor destroyed a command post, communications hub and four influential field commanders, including “Minister of war” ISIS (an organization banned in Russia) Gulmurod Khalimov, said on Friday the press service of the defense Ministry.
