On the ground in the Leningrad region explosion
St. PETERSBURG, 7 Sep — RIA Novosti. One soldier was killed and five injured in the explosion on the ground in the Leningrad region, the press service of the Western military district.
The incident occurred at about 12.30 during routine tank firing.
“One of the projectiles deviated from the trajectory after touchdown (ricochet) and exploded in the immediate vicinity of the shelter, in which were six members of a group of engineering support”, — stated in the message.
All the injured was immediately taken to the hospital, they are assisted. At the scene works Commission of the WMD.
