He’s 32, he is an attractive blond. In his youth he experienced sexual violence, successfully overcame leukemia, and later picked up a camera and became a photographer, the UN, and now his photographs of the hot spots of the planet and of the refugee camps in great demand in the leading photo agencies in the world.

His photos publish such reputable publications as the American newspaper Wall Street Journal, Le Monde, the French, The British The Telegraph, Bi-bi-si.

He has more than 100 thousand followers on instagram and now has about him the most is the Brazilian Eduardo Martins press writes. Indeed, his track record the envy of many aspiring photojournalists, and his biography could form the basis of a Hollywood movie.

But it is not true.

Anyway, as for his journalistic career and “hot spots” because of how in fact this person looks, how old is he and who ever is hiding under this name is unknown.

We only know that the pictures that he gave his own, he was whence taken, or simply stolen, in particular, as found by the Brazilian service Bi-bi-si, the American photojournalist Daniel Britt (Daniel C. Britt).

The Martins put a lot of effort into these pictures alter so that they cannot be recognized by reverse (reverse) image search, and then sold to photo agencies.

Brazilian service Bi-bi-si has identified at least nine pictures belonging to the Britt that was used Eduardo Martins.

On may 27, 2016 Wall Street Journal published a photo of Syrian rebels in the town of Azaz, signed by an independent photo Agency Zuma Photo.

Instagram Martins said it was his photo.

However, it took Daniel Britt October 28, 2013 in the Syrian city of Hama. This same picture, according to the Brazilian service, came to the site of the Russian newspaper “Izvestia”.

But is it really so simple to just to write a whole career with a growing portfolio? And how is it that none of the quality Newspapers immediately suspected of fraud?

The Martins had their own “trick”: he was getting closer and social media writing for respected publications journalists, exposing himself as a reporter and a volunteer of the UN, and those already recommended it to my colleagues.

It happened with the Brazilian journalistic Natasha Ribeiro, living in the middle East and collaborating with the Brazilian service Bi-bi-si.
