Swiss confectioners have created a new kind of chocolate

Swiss confectioners said that for the first time in 80 years and created a new, fourth kind of chocolate, along with black, white and milk, and called it a ruby.

Swiss chocolate giant Barry Callebaut assured that the creation of new items used ruby cocoa beans that have been studied by experts for several years. They give chocolate “berry flavor and juiciness”. However, the berries, according to the creators, the chocolate was not added, and its flavor and color are completely natural.

“Ruby chocolate … refreshing and has a light creamy texture. It tastes so light and fruity that you don’t even know what eating chocolate,” said an expert on chocolate Angus Kennedy.
