Vladimir Putin sent a greeting to participants of the third Eastern economic forum, reports the Kremlin website.

The President noted that the unique potential of pure nature, rich resources and proximity to the growing markets of the Asia-Pacific region are attracted to the Russian Far East increased attention and growing every year the number of participants of the forum is another proof. “Russia faces an ambitious task — to provide the far East with the most comfortable conditions for doing business, launching new industries and creating additional jobs,” — said the head of state. That is what, according to him, aimed the formation of priority development areas. Putin noted that the benefits of Tor is actively used by more than 700 domestic and foreign companies. He also expressed hope that following the forum, the number will increase.

The far Eastern strategy of Russia provides for the openness to cooperation and interest in broad cooperation. “I am confident that your discussions will contribute to the development of effective models for the coupling of different integration processes, advancement towards the creation of a Great Eurasian partnership” , — said the President.
