British scientists called Norway the happiest country in the world

Moscow. September 4. INTERFAX.RU — Norway is the country with the happiest population, according to a study conducted by the British magazine The Spectator.

In compiled edition of the ranking in second and third places went to Denmark and Iceland, respectively.

It is noteworthy that the ranking of GDP per capita for the year 2016 prepared by the IMF, these first three countries are in the sixth, 20 and 16 places respectively.

It is noted that in the ranking of happiness, the U.S. ranked 14th place, they are followed by UK.

Russia in the list of countries ranked 49th.

In the last 122-th place was India.
