Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov, commenting on the situation with the Russian diplomatic property, accused the U.S. state hooliganism. On Monday, September 4, reports RIA Novosti.

He also said that Washington’s actions will not remain without response, but noted that it was important not to be like this approach.

“Outrageous actions were searches of our facilities: the Consulate General in San Francisco, trade mission Washington, trade mission offices in new York. The American side is trying to do a good mine at bad game, maneuvering words, and not content in its policy, claiming that the examinations, inspections. No, it’s searches,” the diplomat said to reporters, noting that the American intelligence officials are still on the territory of the Consulate General of Russia in San Francisco.

Ryabkov stressed that Moscow had never before faced “such a far-reaching and provocative infringements of fundamental rules of international law”. “Someone in former years called state sponsors of terrorism. I am inclined to call what is happening state hooliganism”, — he added.

August 31, the US authorities have demanded from Russia to close the Consulate General in San Francisco, and a sales office in Washington and his office in new York in the period until 2 September. The decision of the White house was, as they explained, second step in the reduction of the U.S. diplomatic corps in Russia.

After Russian diplomats in due time left the diplomatic objects in there with the searches came the FBI and the state Department.
